CMDB Expert (ServiceNow)

The ITSM Tools Team is responsible for the development and maintenance of Service Management processes in ServiceNow. To strengthen the team we are looking for a suitably qualified Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Expert to contribute with unique expertise and ideas as part of our growing team, based in Sofia.

Your tasks:
  • integration of external systems with ServiceNow platform;
  • develop and maintain detailed technical and process documentation;
  • establishing and maintaining the CMDB, managing data with import sets, updates sets and transform maps;
  • Data Management and Quality Assurance;
  • process analysis and automation;
  • perform System Integration Testing;
  • user acceptance testing, transition and knowledge transfer to customers.

Your professional background:
  • experienced in design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM – Discovery, CMDB;
  • experienced in implementation, and customization of ITSM processes;
  • basics in network technology (Router, Switches, Access Points);
  • basics in IP V4 and IP V6;
  • experience in Health Check, Root Cause Analysis and error prevention;
  • good experience in Java and Java Scripting;
  • good knowledge of Windows and Linux OS;
  • good experience in MSSQL;
  • Fluent in English.
