What will set you apart:
  • 2-3 years previous experience in a similar position in a recruitment agency or as an internal IT recruiter;
  • Experience in sourcing talents for technical positions via social platforms (eg. LinkedIn, Google X-Ray, Xing);
  • Desire to share, implement and apply good practices for attracting and selecting talent in the company;
  • Positive, yet professional attitude towards candidates and colleagues in the company;
  • Result-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail;
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
