Desktop Administrator with German language

Now we are looking for a Desktop Administrator with German language to interact with ITO customers and to contribute with professional expertise and ideas as part of our growing team in Sofia. We would like to welcome someone who possesses the confidence and influencing skills to challenge the team to improve.

Role insights:
  • 3rd level support according to service responsibility;
  • troubleshooting of software installation issues;
  • compliance with ITIL processes (incident/problem/change management);
  • ensuring a high technical quality standard of the services provided.

Keys to success:
  • 3-5 years of technical experience in Microsoft Client products (Windows 7,8, 10 or 11, MS Office or M365);
  • technical knowledge of network;
  • knowledge of common script languages (VbScript, Powershell, etc.);
  • basic knowledge of GPO;
  • basic knowledge of SCCM;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
  • structured and self-organized way of working;
  • analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems;
  • excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members and management.
