Social Media Specialist


In today's connected digital world, the online presence is extremely important for any business. We help our customers implement their digital strategies by offering flexible and convenient products and solutions for social media marketing. In order to reach more customers and meet their needs, we are expanding our digital marketing team, looking for creative and communicative people to help us sell, develop, and implement social media marketing campaigns.

What does the job involve?
  • You will manage the existing social media accounts in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn;
  • You will plan and create new social media accounts (pages) across markets along the necessity and pre-agreed timeframe;
  • You will manage the assigned social media budget, according to the contracts agreement;
  • You will propose and develop strategies for social media campaigns, across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to attract new and retain existing customers, and build brand awareness;
  • You should be able to identify the most proper target audiences in the respective social media, following the digital strategy of the customer;
  • You will generate relevant content to enhance the knowledge about our customers’ businesses, recovery solutions, and engage people;
  • You will prepare and execute monthly and/or weekly Posting Plan (organic and/or sponsored), according to the agreed direction for the content, assigned budget, customer’s goals and market environment and trends;
  • Besides the Posting Plans, you will produce Reels and Tik Tok videos;
  • You will prepare monthly reports and analyze the results of the campaigns;
  • You will develop retention and optimization strategies in order to improve campaigns performance metrics.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year in a position with similar responsibilities (digital marketing, social media management, and/or content marketing);
  • Proven experience with Social Media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin;
  • Additional courses and specializations in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, e-mail Marketing or Copywriting will be considered as advantage;
  • Lifetime learner, organized and able to prioritize according to the changes in the environment;
  • Proactive, deadline oriented, with positive can-do attitude who leads things to the required results;
  • Having attention to detail and cautious of people’s attitudes and needs;
  • Readiness for learning and desire to upgrade the technical expertise;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and in Bulgarian;
  • Higher education in Marketing and/or Communications;
  • Computer literacy - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
